Volunteers Needed for IEEE Canada's Translation Committee
The IEEE Canada's Translation Committee welcomes translator volunteers to meeting the needs of IEEE Canada's many publications, groups and activities.
Whether you are new to the translation world or in need of populating your CV with quality references, there are always volunteer translation opportunities available, including the IEEE Canadian Review, the Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, IEEE Canada Newsletters, the annual IEEE Canada Awards Ceremony Program, IEEE Canada Bylaws, welcome speeches, conference materials, and other assignments too!
You do not need to give up a great deal of your time to volunteer as a translator. The time you devote is up to you. ICIP 2015
The 22nd International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP 2015) will be held in Québec City on Sept 27-30, 2015.
The International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP), sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society, is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied image and video processing. ICIP 2015, the twenty second in the series that has been held annually since 1994, brings together leading engineers and scientists in image and video processing from around the world. Research frontiers in fields ranging from traditional image processing applications to evolving multimedia and video technologies are regularly advanced by results first reported in ICIP technical sessions.
Topics include Image/video coding and transmission, Image/video processing; Image formation; Image scanning, display, and printing; Image/video storage, retrieval, and authentication and applications in biomedical sciences, mobile imaging, geosciences & remote sensing, astronomy & space exploration, document image processing and analysis, other applications
