IEEE Canada members receive top NSERC Awards
The research excellence of three IEEE Canada members was recognized in a ceremony presided over by Canada's Governor General, The Right Honorable David Johnston, at Rideau Hall, on February 17.
Dr. Anna Celler, University of British Columbia, was one of six researchers to receive 2015 The Brockhouse Canada Prize for Interdisciplinary Research in Science and Engineering.
Dr. Jiangchuan Liu, Simon Fraser University and Dr. Wei Yu, University of Toronto were two of six researchers to receive 2015 E.W.R. Steacie Memorial Fellowships from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
