Call for nominations for 2018-2019 IEEE Canada President-Elect
This is a call for nomination for the office of 2018-2019 President-Elect of IEEE Canada from seven IEEE Sections in Eastern Area (Canadian Atlantic, Montreal, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Ottawa, Quebec City and Saint Maurice). In accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the IEEE Canada Bylaws, the qualifications required are Senior Member grade or higher. The candidates shall agree to serve for two years as President-Elect and IEEE Regional Delegate/Director-Elect before assuming the office for two years as President of IEEE Canada, the representative to the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), and IEEE Region 7 Delegate/Director, and for two years as Past IEEE Canada President. Nominations must be sent to IEEE Canada Past-President Amir Aghdam (aghdam@ieee.org) by January 31, 2017.

Membership Dues in Special Circumstances
IEEE realizes that economic circumstances may impact some members' ability to pay the full amount of IEEE membership dues. For this reason, the following special circumstance categories have been established. Special circumstances are not available to Student members. Only one category may be claimed in any year.
