Standards Council seeking volunteers for IEC/TC 94 - All-or-nothing electrical relays

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is looking for new members to join Canada's Mirror Subcommittee to IEC/TC 94 - All-or-nothing electrical relays.

The scope of this subcommittee is to prepare international standards applicable to all-or-nothing electrical relays used in the various fields of Electrical Engineering covered by the IEC, normally produced in very large numbers as components of electromechanical or electronic equipment and eventually submitted to Quality Assurance requirements based on sampling techniques.

For more information about participation requirements or to apply, visit the SCC website.

Upcoming Activities and Conferences

2016 IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence

Date: July 25-29, 2016
Location: Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle, Vancouver

The bi-annual IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence (IEEE WCCI) is the largest technical event in the field of computational intelligence. The IEEE WCCI 2016 will host three conferences: The 2016 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2016), the 2016 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE 2016), and the 2016 IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation (IEEE CEC 2016) under one roof. It encourages cross-fertilization of ideas among the three big areas and provides a forum for intellectuals from all over the world to discuss and present their research findings on computational intelligence.
