Building the Atlantic Canadian Industry through Innovation and Technology Commercialization
You are invited to participate in this IEEE Canada Industry Forum to be held on Monday May 4th, 2015, 14:00hr - 17:00hr, Halifax World Trade and Convention Centre
About the forum:
The IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee jointly with the CCECE 2015 Conference presents a forum on innovation and regional development. The forum is a platform for leaders from industry, government granting agencies and academia to share their views and practices on a wide range of topics related to the development of the Atlantic Canadian industry such as innovation, technology commercialization, technology start-ups, venture capital investment, growing a business, and global market penetration, etc.
We expect this forum to create more awareness of the various resources supporting innovation; generate more interests in technology commercialization; motivate the private sector R&D; as well as stimulate continued debate on developing the future of the Atlantic Canadian industry through innovation and advanced technologies.
Invited speakers and panelists are from the following pool of experts:
- Tech start-up entrepreneurs
- Industry leaders
- Government regional development and granting agency representatives
- Technology transfer and commercialization leaders
